Charles Sturt University
Charles Sturt University has been a member of UNILINC since its inception. The services offered by UNILINC allow us to provide our staff and students with a wider range of quality services than we could provide on our own. In addition to our state of the art library management system and free interlibrary lending within the consortium, UNILINC enables us to provide a single search interface to all of our electronic resources via SmartSearch using the SFX/MetaLib products; tailored online information literacy via SmartSkills using their Web-ezy Interactive Information Literacy software developed in house. UNILINC's technical expertise allows us to participate in sector-wide projects such as the Books of New South Wales Universities [BONUS] unmediated document delivery project.

UNILINC's flexibility and ability to embrace new ideas have enabled us to move into new and exciting areas for the delivery of online training.

Ex Libris
UNILINC, a leading consortium in Australia, is the first Australian customer to implement and go live with Verde at two member sites--Australian Catholic University and Southern Cross University. Ex Libris Australia project managers worked closely with Tony Cargnelutti, the UNILINC Verde project manager, throughout all implementation, learning, and testing phases.
To fully utilise Verde capabilities, this implementation interoperates with the UNILINC ALEPH and SFX systems. This installation illustrates how the flexibility of Verde has served to meet unique customer requirements. In this case, consortia based support and systems management together with localised, site specific data structure and workflows.
We congratulate UNILINC on its successful installation of Verde!

As part of a major review of our processing operations the University of Sydney Library engaged UNILINC to conduct an extensive cost study. The results of the study have been extremely useful in identifying areas where savings could be made and processes streamlined.
