Rona has extensive knowledge of library requirements through her work with UNILINC. She is familiar with structures and workflows across a broad range of libraries. As a member of Standards Australia NZ IT 19 Committee on Computer Applications: Information and Documentation, she has detailed knowledge of systems standards development. Rona has also consulted for major libraries on systems evaluation projects and client services provision.

Glenda Henderson BA Hons (Sydney) Dip.Lib (UNSW)

Glenda has many years experience as a cataloguer at a senior level including ten years as Authorities Librarian. During this time Glenda also developed and conducted training courses in MARC21. In her present role, Glenda advises on workflow and manages a wide range of cataloguing outsourcing projects for library and book vendor clients. She has been a Libraries Australia Training Agent and was a member of the Libraries Australia Expert Advisory Group on Authority Delivery.

Tony Cargnelutti BA (Sydney), Dip I-M Lib (UNSW)

Tony has had more than 20 years experience at UNSW Library planning, developing, implementing and managing services, programs and information systems, particularly in the areas of electronic and digital resources in the online and web environments. During this time Tony was the principal designer, developer and national manager of the Australasian Digital Theses Program. Tony is also a Director of the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. Tony's recent experience was as Australasian Sales Executive with the Ex Libris Group.
