In early 1997, Rona and Glenda undertook the highly successful WAGUL consultancy which reviewed and costed the cataloguing operations of Curtin University of Technology, Edith Cowan University, Murdoch University and the University of Western Australia. The report included recommendations for changes within each library and also proposed collaborative initiatives within the Western Australia Group of University libraries (WAGUL).

Since that time Rona and Glenda have completed costings and reviewed technical services processes for the National Library of New Zealand, the Australian Department of the Parliamentary Library, University of Sydney, the University of Wollongong, the Australian Catholic University, the University of Western Sydney Macarthur and Southern Cross University. For several of these reviews, the consultants have been invited to return to the library to complete follow up studies or to assist with the implementation of change.

Most recently the consultants have completed a consultancy for the National Library of Australia on best practice workflows for cataloguing in Australian libraries including options for the use of Libraries Australia.
